Decent car park. 2,08 max height for cars. 3,30$ for the first hour. Tickets are sensitive to phones and need calling assistance on the machine. Signage could generally be improved. Close to the beach!

Yeah. Lived up to the hype that others had said. Sad I know but was a good car park. Close by. Plenty of space. The spaces were fine. The Ute fitted in easy. Easy to find, and to get in and out. Pay before you leave. Was $3.30/hr.
Great carpark. $3.30 per hour. You can pay with a credit card as you exit. 5 underground levels plus mezzanine means plenty of parking spaces. Great spot if you are visiting the Surfers Paradise Esplanade or nearby shopping/attractions.
We parked here for a week as holiday hotel had no parking, was close to everything and price was great , Can talk to an actual person when purchasing a 3 day or weekly ticket at pay station just press button ! They were very professional and polite

Super handy place to park in the middle of Surfers paradise. The top two levels are closed for renovation but today we discovered 5 levels underground. Always seems to be spaces available especially in the evening. Cost is about $2.80 an hour and there are pay stations at the pedestrian exits to pay when you return to your car. The car park itself is central to everywhere if you’re driving into the city. You can only access it now from opposite Melbas (on Beach Road) as the Highway exit is closed. So if you’re driving North on the Highway, drive past it and take the first right. Then right again onto Beach Road.

Great location and price, but seriously needs signage to point towards the stunningly rare pay stations and the staffed office. It's a giant carpark with multiple entrances, and there's absolutely no direction for which corner those essential facilities are tucked away at.
